Mr. Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob is the Chairman of Multinet Board and currently the Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of Axiata (formerly TMI). A Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and also Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He has both investment banking and corporate management experience. He started his career with Landmarks Berhad ("Landmarks"). While in Landmarks, Yusof Annuar bin Yaacob was also appointed as the Company Secretary to all of Landmarks subsidiary companies. Later Yusof left for Merill Lynch & Co. in Singapore in 1997 and was subsequently seconded to Smith Zain Securities Sdn Bhd as an Executive Director. He also serves as the Executive Director of OCB Berhad as well as a Member of its Board Audit Committee, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of General Soil Engineering Holding Berhad and Director of Can-One Berhad and KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad. He was the CEO of TM International Sdn Bhd from June 2005 till March 2008. Dato' Yusof is a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad.

Dr. Fadhlullah Suhaimi Abdul Malek is the General Manager of Corporate Strategy & Services for TM Net Sdn Bhd,a wholly owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad. He has been with TM Net Sdn Bhd since 1997 when it was a division of Telekom Malaysia Berhad. He also sits on the Board of Multinet Ltd (Pakistan) and mySPEED.com Sdn Bhd. Providing Internet centric inputs to the business. Dr. Fadhlullah is a product of the Malay College Kuala Kangsar, alumni of University Kebangsaan Malaysia, National University of Singapore and University of Leeds of United Kingdom.

Mr. Azwan Khan bin Osman Khan is the Group Chief Strategy Officer. His area of responsibilities includes Group Corporate Strategy, Group Marketing and Product Development, Group Synergies, Strategic Initiatives, Branding and Corporate Communications. He was formerly the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development in Celcom. Azwan is an engineering graduate (First-Class Honors) from the Imperial College, University of London. Before joining Celcom, Azwan spent five years with The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to that, Azwan spent seven years in Shell Malaysia.

Mr. Mohd Noor bin Omar is currently the Vice President of Group Performance Improvement Management Office of Axiata (formerly TMI). He is an accountant by profession and a Chartered member of Malaysia Institute of Accountant. He obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom majoring in finance and marketing. In his 27 years of working experience prior to joining Axiata, he has worked in PETRONAS. He was also the Finance Director of Guthrie Indonesia.
